Bright, flavourful, and surprisingly easy to make—these berry gummies are perfect for a quick snack, a pick-me-up, or even a fun addition to your wellness routine. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a batch that’s naturally sweetened, nutrient-rich, and completely guilt-free.

Ingredients (Makes 4 trays, 48 gummies each)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
3 tbsp gelatin powder (grass-fed or marine)
2 tbsp water or fresh lemon juice


Method

  1. Blend berries until smooth. Strain for a refined texture if desired.
  2. Warm the berry purée gently with honey. Do not boil. Heat just until smooth and glossy.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over water or lemon juice and allow to bloom for 1 minute.
  4. Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm berry mixture until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into silicone molds or a lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate until set, 3 hours.
  7. Pop & store, carefully remove gummies from molds. Store chilled for maximum freshness.

Storage & Shelf-Life

Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Freezer: Keep in an airtight container or ziplock bag with parchment paper for up to 2–3 months. Thaw at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before eating.

Tip: Dust lightly with cornstarch or sugar to prevent sticking, especially if freezing.
